Prices and Booking
At Rom Lnof the price depends on the number of guests, with no extras and no surprises. Message us on WhatsApp or call 050-744-4349, tell us how many guests and which dates, and we'll get back to you with a quote.
How the Price Is Set
The price of the villa depends on the number of guests, in three tiers: up to 10 guests, up to 15 guests or up to 20 guests. In every tier you get the entire villa, with 6 bedrooms, a private heated and covered pool, a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue area.
If you're looking for clear pricing, you'll find three simple tiers here, and for each one you can request a quote directly on WhatsApp:

What the Price Includes
There's no fine print here. There are no paid extras and no additional services to add to your booking. The price covers the entire villa and everything in it:
- Private heated, covered pool
- Wood-burning stove
- 6 bedrooms
- Up to 20 guests in comfort
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Outdoor BBQ area
- Outdoor seating areas
- 2 rooms with a jacuzzi
- Wi-Fi
- Smart TV with a Netflix subscription
- Heating & cooling AC in every room
- Large, spacious parking
- Safe room in the shared building
- 5 bathrooms
- 2 living rooms
- Second kitchen
- Ping-pong table
- Baby cots
When comparing prices, keep in mind that this is a whole villa, not a single room. Compared with booking several separate cabins, a whole villa for 20 guests gives your entire group the entire house. And if a pool matters to you, the private heated pool is included.
Capacity, Times and Pets
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, and up to about 25 with a slightly more crowded arrangement. You're welcome to bring a pet: pets stay in the villa's enclosed outdoor area only, and do not come into the villa or the bedrooms.
Check-in is at 12:00 and check-out is at 15:00. You can book for a single night, and the villa is open for bookings on every holiday.
